Grandpa Jack
This page is dedicated to our grandfather, John "Jack" Welsh, who lived a fruitful 104 years, 2 months, and 2 days here on Earth. A person who has spent that much time on this planet is bound to have great stories, and his eight kids, nineteen grandkids, and nine great-grandkids were all fortunate to hear about his storied life throughout the years. As our cousin Brian posted on Facebook, my Grandpa Jack was "a legend."
I was honored and grateful to be able to have captured many of his stories with an audio recorder, and I want to share these sweet moments here with all of you who knew and loved him.
I hope to extend this project to include stories from Welsh family members and family friends. If you would like to share a story about Grandpa and Grandma, please email me at sarahadaggett@gmail.com or call/text me at 518-929-5116. Written, audio, and video formats are all welcome. If you don't already have your story recorded, I'll come visit you to record it!
